[無線節目]《SO FAR 蘇 GOOD》第三輯 CH 1(鹽水韭菜炸豆腐)

鹽水韭菜炸豆腐

材料:
硬豆腐 兩磚
蘸豆腐鹽水
韮菜 少許
凍開水 一小碗
烹調步驟
1.先用碗盛載開水加適量鹽及切了粒的菜作蘸料,備用。
2.將硬豆腐切成3/4立方吋一粒。
3.用中大火炸豆腐,豆腐放入油後不要移動,豆腐炸透自然會浮起,然後起鑊。
4.用紙吸去豆腐的油。
5.吃時將炸豆腐浸入鹽水才吃,可免熱氣。
貼士
油要夠熱,不然豆腐會黐鑊。
